Return & Refund Policy • make2shine

We stand behind the quality of every make2shine® product. If your product arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, we offer a hassle-free 7-day return.

1. Eligibility

You may raise a return request within 7 days from the date of delivery if:

The product was delivered damaged or in broken condition.
The product is defective or not working as described.
You received a wrong product (different from what was ordered).

2. Non-Returnable Cases

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

Product has been used substantially, contaminated or contents consumed.
Original packaging / seal is missing or tampered.
Return request raised after 7 days of delivery.
"Change of mind" / "not required anymore" / "ordered by mistake".

3. How to Raise a Return

Email support@make2shine.in within 7 days of delivery.
Subject line: Return Request — Order ID #XXXX.
Attach 2–3 clear photos of the product (and a short unboxing video if the item is damaged).
Our team will respond within 24–48 working hours with a return pickup plan or a replacement option.

4. Pickup & Inspection

For approved returns, we will arrange a reverse pickup wherever serviceable. In non-serviceable pincodes, you may be requested to self-ship the product to our Rajkot warehouse; in such cases, reasonable courier charges (up to ₹100) will be reimbursed along with the refund.

After receiving the product, our quality team will inspect it within 3 working days. Returns failing inspection (used, damaged after delivery, missing parts) will be sent back to you at your cost.

5. Refund Process

For prepaid orders: Refund is processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of approval.
For COD orders: Refund is processed via bank transfer / UPI to the account details shared by you, within 5–7 working days of approval.
You will receive an email/SMS confirmation once the refund is initiated.

6. Replacement

If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we will ship the same product again at no extra cost, subject to stock availability.

7. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order free of charge anytime before it is shipped. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled; you may refuse delivery at your doorstep instead. Refusing COD parcels repeatedly may lead to your phone number being blocked from future COD orders.
