This website is operated by H M T Enterprise (GSTIN: 24BFPPP5656G1Z0, Udyam Registration: UDYAM-GJ-20-0161842), registered at Bhojani Complex, Vadali Road, Bhayavadar, Rajkot, Gujarat 360450, India. References to "we", "us" and "our" refer to H M T Enterprise.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under Indian law to place an order.
3. Product Information
We make every effort to display product details, images and descriptions accurately. However, slight variations in colour, packaging or contents may occur due to manufacturing updates. Such minor variations do not qualify for a refund.
4. Pricing
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST.
- We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.
- Promotional / discounted prices are valid only during the campaign period.
5. Orders & Acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our sole discretion, including (but not limited to) cases of suspected fraud, bulk reselling, repeated COD refusal or pincode non-serviceability.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available across most Indian pincodes.
- You agree to keep the exact COD amount ready at the time of delivery.
- Repeated refusal of COD parcels may result in your phone number being blocked.

9. Use of Website
- You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to disrupt services, scrape data, or perform any unlawful activity.

"make2shine®" is a registered trademark. All product photos, copy and creative assets on this website are protected by copyright.
11. Limitation of Liability
Our maximum liability for any claim related to a product shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold H M T Enterprise harmless from any claims, losses or damages arising out of your breach of these Terms.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Rajkot, Gujarat.
