Shipping Policy

We ship pan-India via trusted courier partners. All orders are processed and dispatched from our Rajkot, Gujarat warehouse.
1. Delivery Timeline
- Dispatch: Within 24–48 working hours of order confirmation.
- Delivery: 5–7 business days for most pincodes across India.
- Remote / North-East / J&K / A&N Islands: 7–10 business days.
Note: Timelines are indicative. Actual delivery may vary due to weather, strikes, courier load or government-mandated restrictions.
2. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all orders across India.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available at no extra cost.
- No hidden handling fees.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS / WhatsApp message with the tracking number and courier partner name. You can track your order directly on the courier partner's website.
4. Multiple Attempts
Courier partners typically make 2–3 delivery attempts before marking the parcel as undelivered. Please ensure your phone is reachable on the contact number provided during checkout.
5. Undelivered / Returned Parcels
If a COD parcel is not accepted at the doorstep or remains unclaimed:
- It will be marked RTO (Return to Origin) and shipped back to us.
- The same phone number/address may be restricted from future COD orders.
- Re-shipping is at the buyer's discretion and may require pre-payment.
6. Wrong / Incomplete Address
Please double-check your address and pincode before confirming the order. Orders shipped to wrong addresses (due to incorrect customer input) are non-refundable unless the parcel returns to us in original condition.
7. Damaged Parcel on Arrival
If the outer box looks tampered or visibly damaged at the time of delivery, please do not accept the parcel and inform us immediately at support@make2shine.in.
8. International Shipping
Currently, we ship only within India.
